If we can't fix your damaged car in 7 days, we'll pay you £10 a day, until the job is done, up to £70.

We can't protect your car against vandalism. But we can protect your no claim discount.
And if you make a claim for damage to your car that’s a result of vandalism, we won't just repair the damage. Go to one of our recommended garages and we'll also clean your car inside and out.
If your car is written off due to an accident, vandalism, fire or flood, you can choose between a replacement car like yours, a cash settlement or pay for an upgrade. Minimum car purchase price of £3,500. An exact match may not be available - subject to availability. Excludes theft claims.
- Replacement child car seats
We take every aspect of your little one's safety very seriously. That's why in the event of an accident, fire or theft we'll cover the cost of a replacement child car seat - even if there is no apparent damage.
- Repairs guaranteed for five years when using an approved repairer
Repair work is guaranteed for five years if you use one of our approved repairers. Your car will be cleaned inside and out before being returned to you.
This covers you if your car is accidentally damaged.
For if your car is damaged as a result of theft, attempted theft, fire, lightning or explosion.
- Damage to third party property
For any damage your car causes to another person’s car or property.
Designed to protect you and your spouse or partner in the event of a serious injury or death sustained while travelling or getting in or out of any car. Cover limits up to £5,000.
If an uninsured driver hits you and it's not your fault, we have your excess covered and you won't lose your No Claim Discount. Remember, we’ll need the other driver’s registration number as well as the make and model of their car. Comprehensive cover required and non fault claims only.
If your windscreen or window glass is damaged, we'll pay for their replacement or repair.
Give us a call before any work is carried out and we'll direct you to an approved repairer who will replace your glass subject to a £75 excess. If they repair rather than replace the windscreen, then £10 excess applies. Limits apply if you don’t use one of our approved repairers: £75 for a replacement windscreen and £10 for a repair. If you don’t deal direct with our approved repairer our maximum payment will be £125 for replacement and £40 for a repair after deducting the excess.
If your car isn't driveable after an accident, we'll pay for the cost of an overnight stay in a hotel - for you and your passengers. Cover limits up to £150 for the driver or £250 in total for all the people in the car.
- Personal possessions cover
Your clothing and personal belongings are covered for loss or damage in the event of fire, theft, attempted theft or accident. Just keep in mind exclusions apply.
We won't cover loss of or damage to:
- Money, credit or debit cards
- Stamps, tickets, vouchers, documents, securities (such as share and Premium Bond certificates)
- Goods or samples carried in connection with any trade or business
- Property insured under any other policy
Cover limits up to £250.
We'll pay medical expenses for each person injured after an accident, as long as there's no cover in force under another car insurance policy.
We cover any permanently fitted in-car audio, TV, telephone or navigation equipment. If fitted as part of the car's standard equipment, then the cover is unlimited. Cover limits up to £1,000 - this limit applies only to non-standard fitment.
We'll replace your car with a new one of the same make and model if:
- Your car is less than one year old
- You're the first and only registered owner
- It has been stolen and not found or deemed a write off.
